Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated HR Staffing Specialist to oversee end-to-end recruitment for our technical squads, engineering teams, and campus trainers. You will play a key role in building partnerships with academic institutions (such as MIT-WPU) and sourcing premium talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, training partners, and community hubs.
- Coordinate with internal team leads to understand resource needs and write specific job profiles.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines in our tracking systems.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (technical recruitment or campus hiring preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and present the company culture with enthusiasm.
- Passion for organizational growth and structure.
