Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on technical leader to join as Co-Founder/Project Lead. You will co-architect advanced custom AI agent systems for clients, lead development sprints, and shape our future product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, architecture, and development of custom RAG loops and autonomous multi-agent pipelines.
- Manage and mentor client delivery developer squads.
- Drive key strategic and operational decisions alongside founders.
- Directly interface with enterprise client leadership to gather requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1-2 years leading teams or projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, FastAPI/Django, PostgreSQL, LLM integration, and agentic workflows (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI).
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, leadership qualities, and product-focused thinking.
- Excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills.
